Looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)

In this role, you will be responsible for executing outbound sales strategies, such as making calls, sending emails, and connecting with prospects on LinkedIn. 

You will be tasked with researching potential leads and tracking progress through our CRM. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel 

  • Research potential leads and track progress through our CRM 

  • Design email campaigns to generate interest in our products and services 

  • Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn to build relationships and promote our services 

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our products and services 

  • Monitor sales-related metrics and report findings to the sales team 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies 

  • Analyze sales results and suggest improvements as needed

About the Sales Development Representative role:

  • We're seeking a proactive individual with a demonstrated history of reaching high numbers of outbound calls weekly, Linkedin, and email outreach to secure new business opportunities..

  • To excel in this role, you must possess a confident phone, email, and social demeanor and appreciate the value of utilizing your prospects' time effectively. You will work closely with the director of growth and comprehend how your contributions affect the company's growth targets.

You’ll succeed as a Sales Development Representative if you:

  • Have experience in a sales environment.

  • Have at least 6 months of experience as an SDR in a high-volume call setting with a proven track record of success

  • Have a strong outbound email and LinkedIn experience

  • Have a strong phone presence and can quickly determine who will be the best fit for one of our programs
