FAQs

  • The event is at The Wigwam Desert Oasis Resort which is located near Phoenix, AZ about 25 mins. from PHX Airport. If you attend the event, you will receive a special room rate based on availability.

  • Plan to arrive on TUES, APRIL 21 (Members arrive by lunch, all others in time for our Welcome Reception at 6PM.)

    Wake up well-rested and ready to go early on WED, APRIL 22.

    We have action-packed days APRIL 22-23, which will wrap up by 3PM on THURS.

  • Meals and entertainment are included for the entire experience. What's not included is your travel, lodging, and personal expenses while at the resort.

  • No, not this year. We believe there is an intrinsic value in getting together in person and meeting fellow agency owners.

  • No, sorry. When you sign up, we lock in your spot and commit to expenses associated with your attendance. There is not much room to replace you once you register. We know you understand.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll schedule a call with our Agency Scale Specialist, Darby Copenhaver, to see you are a good fit for the event and we are a good fit for your growth needs.
