LOCATION

The Wigwam is a historic get built in 1929; a testament to timeless elegance and hospitality in a picturesque locale.

We chose a space that allows our attendees an informal environment to share, learn, and grow. The daytime sessions are for education but the real learning comes from all the side conversations at meal times, during breaks, by the pool, or at the bar.

AGENDA

We will begin with a Welcome Reception on Tues evening, April 13 and have two VERY FULL days planned for you on April 14-15, 2027. We’ll wrap up by 3PM on Thursday.

We’re packing a lot into our two days together with our amazing speakers and breakout sessions, combined with several breaks so you can network with other attendees and enjoy the sites and amenities of The Wigwam Resort.

TRAVEL & TIMING

The Wigwam Resort & Spa in Litchfield Park, AZ graces the west valley, just 19 miles west of Phoenix and <30 mins from PHX Airport.

You will want to arrive on Tues, April 13 and plan to spend at least two nights.

  • The event is at The Wigwam Desert Oasis Resort which is located near Phoenix, AZ about 25 mins. from PHX Airport. If you attend the event, you will receive a special room rate based on availability.

  • Plan to arrive on TUES, APRIL 13 (Members arrive by lunch, all others in time for our Welcome Reception at 6PM.)

    Wake up well-rested and ready to go early on WED, APRIL 14.

    We have action-packed days APRIL 14-15, which will wrap up by 3PM on THURS.

  • Meals and entertainment are included for the entire experience. What's not included is your travel, lodging, and personal expenses while at the resort.

  • No, not this year. We believe there is an intrinsic value in getting together in person and meeting fellow agency owners.

  • No, sorry. When you sign up, we lock in your spot and commit to expenses associated with your attendance. There is not much room to replace you once you register. We know you understand.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll schedule a call with our Agency Scale Specialist, Darby Copenhaver, to see you are a good fit for the event and we are a good fit for your growth needs.
